Welcome to the Administrator's Office
The Borough Administrator serves as the chief administrative officer of Englewood Cliffs, responsible for the effective management of daily municipal operations. Working closely with the Mayor, Council, and Borough departments, the Administrator ensures that policies are implemented with precision and that services are delivered efficiently, in alignment with the community’s needs and expectations.

Role and Responsibilities

Oversees the coordination of all Borough departments—including Public Works, Police, Fire, and Planning—to maintain consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Supports the execution of legislative actions adopted by the Mayor and Council, including resolutions, ordinances, and community initiatives.
Assists in the development and administration of the Borough’s annual budget, promoting fiscal discipline and transparency in the use of public funds.
Leads the management of key municipal projects, from infrastructure and capital improvements to public programs and service enhancements.
Acts as a primary point of contact for residents, businesses, and stakeholders seeking guidance, support, or resolution of Borough-related matters.
