The Borough of Englewood Cliffs is pleased to share an upcoming affordable housing opportunity at The Sylvan, a new residential community located at 1 Valentine Street.
A total of 90 affordable rental units are anticipated to be available, with occupancy expected in Summer 2026 (subject to change).

Applications must be submitted by June 2, 2026 to be included in the random lottery drawing, which determines placement on the waiting list.
