New Jersey law requires municipalities to plan for their fair share of affordable housing through defined compliance periods. Englewood Cliffs’ Fourth Round Affordable Housing Obligation represents the Borough’s responsibilities for the current planning period.
The Borough is preparing and implementing its Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan to ensure compliance while thoughtfully addressing local planning considerations. Relevant plans, ordinances, and supporting documents will be posted as they become available.
