Notice is hereby given that sealed Bid will be received by the Borough qualified purchasing agent for the Borough of Englewood Cliffs, Count of Bergen, State of New Jersey on April 1st, 2026, at 12:00PM at www.bidnetdirect.com//boroughofenglewoodcliffs  at which time and place the Bid Packets will be publicly unsealed and its contents announced in public for the FLOYD STREET ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II (NJ DOT FUNDED)

NOTE:
It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid package is uploaded onto the e-procurement site by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery.

Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. Seq.,
